I guess, it is just natural that if someone is making money and gets all the credits out of something owned by Associated Press (AP) – will not enjoy the glory and fame forever.
The owner wants justice! The owner wants recognition and most of all compensation!

The image, Fairey has acknowledged, is based on an Associated Press photograph, taken in April 2006 by Manny Garcia on assignment for the AP at thein Washington.
