I can’t tell you much about Jing but the best way to know more about it is to just use your favorite search engine.

To Capture Dropdown Menu With Jing
It starts with a problem. A dropdown menu disappears when a user moves the mouse to click “Capture Image” command button.
Solution:
Set up hotkey.
Go to Jing-MOre-References-HotKey: ctrl+J-Done
